Spring 2025 product updates bring new capabilities across VITA AI, Playbooks, reporting, and platform usability.

VITA AI — Malware Vector Coverage

VITA AI, ULTRA RED's generative AI security assistant, now covers malware vectors in addition to its existing coverage of web application vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and CVEs. Security analysts can now use VITA AI to get contextual guidance on malware-related findings, including remediation recommendations and mitigation rule generation for security tools.

Playbooks — CVSS Score Filtering

Playbooks now support CVSS score filtering as a trigger condition for enrichment actions. Security teams can configure automated workflows that activate based on the CVSS severity of a finding — for example, automatically creating a Jira ticket and notifying a Slack channel when a finding above a certain CVSS threshold is discovered.

Custom Dashboard Reporting with Scheduled Exports

The custom dashboard now supports scheduled report exports, allowing security teams to automatically generate and distribute reports on a defined schedule. This simplifies executive reporting and compliance documentation.

Japanese Localization

The platform is approximately 70% localized into Japanese, continuing ULTRA RED's expansion in the Japanese market.

Advanced Search Across Multiple Targets

The advanced search capability now spans multiple targets simultaneously, enabling security teams with multiple scoped environments to search across all of them from a single query.

Report Sorting

Reports can now be sorted by date, name, and type — improving navigation for teams managing large volumes of findings and reports.

These updates reflect ULTRA RED's focus on making security operations more efficient — reducing manual effort for security teams while improving the quality and usability of findings.
